tivity, shall be forwarded to the procuring activity in order to provide an up-to-date specification between complete specificaD tion revisions. Any new specifications shall be complete in themselves. Quantity of Change Notice Sheets shall be in accordD ance with 3.8.
3.9.1.2 Final corrected detail specificaD tion. The aircraft detail specification shall be corrected as a continuous reading speciD fication which describes the last aircraft deD livered on the contract. This specification shall be the basic contract specification for procurement of any subsequent articles of this model aircraft. The quantity of copies of the final corrected detail specification shall be as specified by the procuring activity.
3.9.2 Applicable to Navy-Bureau of AeroD nautics (BuAer). At intervals of not more than 120 days, the contractor shall submit
sets of detail specification revised pages and indexes suitable for insertion in detail speciD fications in loose leaf, or equivalent, binder. The revised pages shall be prepared in acD cordanee with current BuAer instructions. The quantity and distribution of sets of reD vised pages shall be as specified by BuAer. The revised pages shall apply to the contract detail specification.
3.10 Government-furnishedairCraft. equipD ment (GFAE) lists. The lists of Government furnished aircraft equipment (GFAE) which appear in appendixes I-A and 1-B reflect the initial equipment thSct the contractor plans to use or that the Government plans to furnish, as applicable. These lists will be revised to reflect authorized changes.
3.11 Format and content. The detail specD
ification shall conform to the following:
1. COVER SHEET (The cover sheet shall contain informaD tion giving aircraft mode] designation, specification number, date, manufacD turer's name, and contract or proposal number (or other identification).)

CONTENTS (A table of contents giving the location of the main breakdowns shall be proD vided at this point, giving the numD bers, titles, and page numbers of the main paragraphs and subparagraphs, as well as the page numbers of the beginnings of the various appendixes.
